Another first this year! I’ll take part in an event! Book Blogger Appreciation Week is hosted by The Estella Society and I came across it thanks to Deepika from Worn Corners.
I will use some of the prompts for the posts next week. Not all of them, because I never wanted to post daily, I really don’t think I have that much to say 😉 I still think it’ll be fun to expand a bit outside of the book reviews and quotes. I need to push myself out of my comfort zone more.
Let’s see how it goes. Enjoy your Sunday!
P.S. I just came back from a bookshop, I managed to stop myself from buying books for me, but I did buy a gift one. It doesn’t count right? It’s not for me 😉
I’m half-way through my book ban and it’s becoming really difficult.

Thank you for the tag, Jo. 🙂 And, I am so glad that you are going to participate too. I look forward to reading your posts, even if you don’t want to write everyday.
Gifting doesn’t count. I sent one to my friend too last week. 🙂 And, I agree. It’s becoming difficult. But, I pampered myself a bit by buying ‘Eat, Pray, Love’. Maybe, do you want to buy something for yourself? Something that’s not too expensive? Only to cope with the withdrawal symptoms. 😉

I’m starting to think more and more about buying something, but I know myself, if I start it’s going to be a book-buying binge, so I’ll try to last as long as I can and when I break it’ll be with a bang 😉

You went into a bookshop and came out with nothing? (gifts don’t count – you’re in the clear 😉 )
There should be medals for such willpower!

I did, it was awful. At some point I almost wanted to cry (which clearly shows I have a problem ;)). Buying a gift definitely helped, now I have to actually give it and not hold on to it (and I am tempted to do this)!
